Change web-slinger attr fx.

So i'm trying to make the web0slinger attribute more close to spider-man's visuals. There are excellent web fxs in-game but the attribute uses black jack tangle wire if i'm not mistaken. How can i adjust the animation and the fx that the attribute uses?
