Bah! I think you're right. Maybe Guise and Ra try and make sure there aren't any zombies out at the end of our turn.

If possible, target zombies instead of the second Zealot. At least the Zealot can't damage us. If the zombies are gone, and we all discard for the Grimoire, then GW will only net 5 damage to higher hp heroes. I was kinda hoping to hang on and watch Omni wipe them all out with disruptive flechettes.

I'll definitely have some peace of mind with Vast Following at the bottom.

So i'm assuming Guise attacked and killed the acolyte, and then hit the remaining Zealot?

I think it might have been better if he killed off one of the zombies instead.

Because if i kill a zombie right now, that would heal the Zealot, thereby negating DJ's attack. If i don't want that to happen and kill the Zealot though, we end up with 3 Zombies. Wherein DJ can kill 1 with blatant reference and 2 zombies would remain.

But if i kill a zombie instead of the Zealot, and DJ kills of the 2nd zombie with Blatant Reference. We get no zombies but a fully healed up Zealot with an hp of 5 at the end of the turn.

Ok, so who should i kill? A zombie? or the last Zealot? The next villain card is a cultist who deals more damage the more zombies are around.

Still with the Zealot gone, we might be able to destroy the Sable pin next round. At the expense of some damage from the new cultist and i think 3 zombies that will be in play by then.

As our hero with highest hp, it's really your call. Here's the two scenarios:
Ra kills Zealot
Guise kills zombie
Disciple revives Zombie
Disciple hits Ra for 5 - ra has 20hp
Zombie hits Wraith for 3 - Wraith has 18hp
Zombie hits Ra for 3 - Ra has 17hp
Zombie hots Wraith for 3 - Wraith has 15hp

The nice thing about this is, Omni will be able to wipe out all the zombies in one shot.

Or

Ra kills zombie
Zealot has 5hp
Guise kills Zombie
Disciple revives Zombie
Disciple hits Ra for 3 - Ra has 22hp
Zombie hits Ra for 3 - Ra has 19hp

So it's down to how much hp the Zealot is worth to you and Wraith

I've worked it out that I can survive the next two rounds with sable pin without it affecting my play too much, thanks to grease gun and meditation.

I'll be playing my Flame Barrier this round, so i could counter attack and probably kill any zombie that would attack me.

So it might not be that bad. I can still heal 3hp later using the last Staff of Ra in my hand.

Hmm, if everyone is ok with it. I'll go ahead and kill the last Zealot. So everyone can help do more damage to the enemy.  Oh, and i'll use the Staff's power this time to kill the Zealot as i intend to play the last Staff next round.

Then draw a card to end my turn.

Edit: With Rooftop Combat (environment) in play, this will add +1 to every hit the zombie/cultist makes. This is gonna hurt me and Wraith a little bit more. It also negates the effect of that one Zealot. Are you guys sure?

Rooftop combat should have expired already. We only had to accumulate 10 damage dealt throughout the whole round. I'm not sure when it would have ran out.

I'll be playing Salvage Yard next round, so staff os a good choice.

Fixer did 3 damage, Wraith did 3, so Rooftop Combat destroyed itself at the end of Guise's turn.  Sorry I forgot to keep track of that.  It's already gone now, and the Zealot has 2 hp, not 3.

Play Flame Barrier. Use Staff's Power to kill Zealot, turning him into a zombie.

Draw a card to end my turn. And brace for the attacks coming my way. :)

Grimoire hits everyone for 0 Damage then.

Play: Chosen Disciple: 7 HP, Cultist--At the end of the Villain turn, move 1 Zombie card from the Villain trash into play. Then, this card deals the Hero Target with the highest HP X Melee Damage, where X = the number of Zombies in play plus 2.

End: Zombie hits Ra for 3 Melee damage.  The Flame Barrier goes off and destroys it.  Not known for being intelligent, the next zombie does the same thing with the same result.(That's the first damage per turn by a particular target, in case you were wondering, so it can go off multiple times.)

The Chosen Disciple brings back one Zombie.  She then hits Ra for 3 Melee damage.

The last Zombie can either hit Wraith and survive or hit Ra and go extra crispy.  I assume you all want the later, but I'll let you decide.

Very well, that makes it Fixer's turn.  As Reep is out of town, he already sent me his next couple of moves.

He plays Salvage Yard.  All Equipment cards in the trash return to their owner's hands.

This lets him play Overdrive and he hits the pin twice.  Monkey Fist is destroyed and he draws

She did not in fact hit you.  She hit someone else.  Hitting them then made you eligible again for highest.  I mistyped that, I am afraid and am too lazy to figure it out, but I adjusted the numbers properly.
