Custom T-Shirt?

So I'm interested in putting together a few custom T-Shirts (same design, different shirt colors) for myself at some point, but I'm kinda overwhelmed at the moment trying to find a service that I could use for it. I'm on kind of a tight budget, but I don't trust the sites that have low prices to be good quality. Has anyone had any experience with this themselves, and know of a good place to go to?

For the record, I'm looking for a site that can do this design on black and red tee shirts.
