Tales of the Sinestro Corps: Anti-Monitor

Does a comic with this title exist? I've seen it mentioned on DC sites as part of the Sinestro Corps War saga, but can't find it on comixology (which has all the other issues).
Maybe it was never released?

Mikes amazing world of comics lists is as part of Tales of Sinestro corpse collected.Which was RELEASED in 2009.Not sure if this helps much...

Maybe it was a story in a bigger issue? I've read the Sinestro Corps war stuff and that sounds familiar.

The contents list every issue except one from a comic titled "Tales of the Sinestro Corps: Anti-Monitor"?

The original DC site which announced the collection does mention it as though it was a separate comic:

I'm starting to think it was solicited but never actually released (probably never even produced)
Which is fine, I was just wondering I was missing something.
I do have the Sinestro Corps War TPB, so may pick up Tales of the Sinestro Corps to round out the storyline.

According to wiki,there was supposed to be a one-shot about Anti-Monitor,but it was replaced with one about Superboy-Prime.So Im guessing it really doesnt exist?
