Is there an easy way to not only change the cage to a fire encasement, but do a damage over time?

The Fire Cage power swap surrounds the affected enemy in flame and does damage over time. I believe in the FFX.PY file, you would be able to change the FX associated with the power swap (a flame sheath, perhaps), if that's what you are looking to do.
