Throat Jab prevents targets from dealing damage, not reduce it.  So, yes, it would work.

In that case...

Wraith darts and weaves by Plague Rat, pausing only long enough for her hand to dart out and strike against his exposed throat (Throat Jab).

Once clear, she flips around in the air and lands another shot from behind (Stun Bolt).  As she lands, she quickly adjusts the eyepiece on her mask and checks her scans (Infrared Eyepeice).

Someone share some wisdom on this idea: if ravage goes on top, I could instantly trash it with Timeshift.

Is it safer to know that Sewer Fiend is coming up, and that we can get rid of it soon after he plays it or is it better to take Ravage out of PR's deck?

I'll be nice and point out that Ravage won't actually do anything if played this turn.  There are no Infections in his deck to pull out and he can't deal damage anyway.

EDIT:  It never occured to me to use Timeshift offensively like that though.  Won't be necessary, but still a neat trick.

Oh, that changes a lot. Are you sure I have two copies of Innervation Ray, one in my hand and one in play?

If so, can I play Innervation Ray and stack the effect, healing 2 damage per turn? I notice it isn't limited.

If not, Rocket Punch would hit as soon as I play it, wouldn't it - rather than having to wait a turn to play it? Remind me.

If neither of those work, I'll skip my card use and play Timeshift on myself.

You drew another Innvervation Ray last turn.  That's why I knew your hand was messed up.

Each Ray acts separately.  You can choose the same 3 targets for both if you wish, healing them for 2 each.  You don't have to, though.

Rocket Punch is already in play.  You can play a second one, but each counts as a separate power use, so you can only use one.  Unlike Wraith and Legacy, you don't have a way to use a second power on your turn and none of the other heroes can give you a second power use.

Guys, hows does Singularity work? Can I use as many equipment cards from as many hands and in play as I like? Because it doesn't specify. If it can, I make that we have about 25 equipment cards between us, which means it could finish off PR. Like, this round.

That seems a little good to be true. As well as a little bit cheap.

Destroy always means it has to be in play.  Discard always mean from in hand.  But yes, you can destroy any number of those you like.  I also just noticed that it doesn't specify that they have to be Omnitron's Equipment either.

Several heroes have finishers that can do tremendous damage, but only toward the end of the game when built up somehow.  Omnitron has two, Self-Sabotage and Singularity.  Expatriette has Unload, and Wraith has Inventory Barrage.  Legacy doesn't need any--he has damage boosting and that nifty Next Evolution combo and Visionary has some fairly powerful cards that need no building up.

As Cat said.  Looking over everything, you could do 15 damage destroying all equipment in the current layout (noting that Infrared Eyepiece is missing it's "equipment" designation).  We can easily finish him off next turn.  Expat has Unload which would allow her to deal a total of 9 damage.  Wraith could get Razor Ordinance into play which would allow her to do at least 8 damage.  Visionary could deal 2.  And now that I've gotten this far you wouldn't technically even need Singularity because you can do the last 5 points of damage with what you have already in play.  You could also do 10 points of damage with Self Sabotage.

And with that . . . Expatriette stands up from behind her cover, enough guns strapped to her to outfit a small army.  (Play Unload - 4 powers this turn.)

She draws Prejudice from it's holster, ejects the magazine and slaps another into it's place and chambers the first round (Load (Power #1) to play Hollow Points on Prejudice).
She then draws Pride, firing both into the staggering Plague Rat.  (Pride (Power #2), Prejudice for free).
Moving smoothly to her left she reholsters the smoking Desert Eagles and frees her FN P90 from it's custom made holster at the small of her back and unleashes a hail of bullets (Submachine Gun (Power #3).
In one fluid movement she drops the P90, kicks it behind a moldering stack of crates to her left and unslings the FN F2000 on her back.  Eyes alight with joy she fires again (Assault Rifle (Power #4).
Having completed her journey to the next piece of cover, Expatriette ducks behind the stack of crates and begins reloading.  "Belgians!  French Fries and kick arse guns.  I really ought to go there for my next vacation!"

(I make that 2 [Pride] +4 [Prejudice w/Hollow Points] +1 [Submachine Gun] +2 [Assault Rifle] = 9 projectile damage.)

I should note that the Hollow Point were not actually necessary.  You might not know this, but according to the game's creator, using Pride to fire Prejudice does not count as a power use for Prejudice, so you can, in fact, fire Prejudice a second time when using Unload.  Damage works out to be exactly the same though, so it doesn't matter.
