High Evolutionary

Anyone here have a good High Evolutionary?  I'm not sure how to do him.  I know he's been portrayed rather Godlike and his powers have been varied.  But I don't know what to pin down that are his powers and how they should be simulated in the game.

Any thoughts/ideas?

I believe that USAgent released a High Evolutionary hero file in one of his packs.

I hadn't ever really encountered this fellow before, only hearing whispers about him from other stories, but I recently came across his appearance in the early FF books.  I don't know precisely how representative he was in that showing, but he was pretty darn powerful.  He stood up to Galactus, nearly got destroyed, but nonetheless, that's pretty impressive.  He had powerful energy beams he shot from his hands, and he had all kinds of fancy equipment, as you would expect.  In Herofile terms, I'd give him high and very high magnitude energy and radiation beam attacks.  I'd also give him various gene damage and state changing powers.  He should definitely have some type of gene damage attack, maybe an area one.  He might also be relatively tough, but with superhealing rather than straight up invulnerability. 

That's my take, for what it's worth.  As I said, though, I'm not expert.
