I like "Chew" so it's a nice surprise to see this happening.

I am glad they're going with animation, since the art is a major appeal of the book (and the writing, it's just a good all around package)

Frankly some of those scenes which work great in a cartoony style done live action would be... [shudder]

I really only know Chew from the covers but Yuen seems like a good choice for the voice based on the characters appearance.

I remember when they were still considering a live action adaptation, we were discussing how Yeun would be a great casting choice for Tony. So I'm super pleased with casting choice. Also glad they went with animated format, because some of the stuff from the comic would be very hard to pull off for live action, like chogs, El Poyo etc. Can't wait for this!
