First of all, this issue will focus on balancing and bugfixes.  The patch notes are apparently going to be huge.

Blaster revamp

Crashless nukes
Defensive power for every secondary.  Always an addition to a current power.
Snipes fire instantly if your to-hit is high enough
Defensive toggles stay on through mez.
First and 3rd items apply to other ATs as well.

Power Pool Adjustments
All will be color customizable.
Minimal FX setting for most
All non travel pools have a 5th power added.  Most are revamped too.
Fighting--New cone melee.  All melees buff each other
Presence--ST taunt replaced with pacify type power.  New self rez/buff
Medicine--New +healing power.  As makes the self heal instant
Stealth--AoE pacify
Leadership--"reverse Venegeance" Use it on a downed foe. Buffs party based on how strong the foe in question was

More than one zone revamp
More Incarnate content, but not a new trial.  New Incarnate slot is possible, but not likely.

The official overview is now up.  Among the new goodies--lots of new story arcs, Martial Assault and Martial Combat Secondary sets for doms and blasters, new IO sets and old IO bonuses buffed.  Now updated zones, though, and only a single new incarnate arc.

EDIT:  Forgot to mention new Lores for all the DA enemy groups.
