Can you add/removed powers and attributes on FFVT3R characters?

Is there way you can add or remove powers and attributes on build in characters? Or do you just have to custom and just pick minuteman for example and just change stuff that day?

Are you building a campaign module or is this for playing in the Rumble Room? If it's for a mod, you can make a copy of an FF character in FFEdit and give him different powers or even change the default powers of the characters. If you are trying to take an altered MM through Irrational's campaigns, you can use FFEdit for that as well, though it's smart to back up your characters.dat, objects.dat, and powers.dat files in your data directory. It may also be necessary to restart the campaign for the changes to take effect (depending on what sorts of changes you are making). If you are just looking to play a modified Minute Man in the Rumble Room, the easiest thing to do is just use the in-game character editor to make a copy of him and then modify the new MM.
