Christian Bale in My Hometown

There is a rumor floating around that Christian Bale is filming an action film in my hometown of Bartlesville, OK.  My websearch has indicated that he has been here three time, one time scouting for a film.  Since so many hear have better resources than I do, I wonder if anyone has heard anything about it.

Here is what I know.  He is involved with a yet to be titled Terrence Malick film that is filming in your area.  Rachael McAdams, Javier Bardem and Olga Kurylenko are involved with the project, too.  It is being classified as a romantic drama and is due out in 2012.  IMDB lists the thing as in pre-production but the thing as not been updated since Feb of this year.
