Heh, Shaunie....it's usually a good idea to post something like a polite request.  It's also often a good idea to post a link to a picture of the character you want.  If the skin or mesh doesn't exist, people are a lot more likely to create it if they have something to look at.  Ha, There is at least one Mongul skin out there someplace.  I know C6 did one, but I think I've seen some different versions around as well.

I do like the idea about putting up pictures! Haven't thought about that. Anyway, thanks for all of the replies and help as usual!

Is there a place for people to upload skins, meshes, utilities, etc... or is it against any policies of the creators or site? If not, I could help donate a bit, too. =)

Well, if you mean that you'd like to make your own skins, then Yahoo groups are always a good way to make things available.  If you are asking if it is okay to upload someone else's work, then the answer would be a qualified "no."  If you were to have the original artist's permission, that would be different.
