Syringe?

I'm almost done with my skope of Martha (outside of doing the skinning) but need one vital piece..



Those syringe-type things sticking into Martha's bubble dome I am having a challenge trying to skope together.. would someone mind tossing together a cylinder shape with a long thinner needle-like cylinder attached under it as a single object to skope in?

I so wish I had the talent or tools for mesh making but I'm still learning how to use NifSkope.

Wow, there is a mesh out there with a syringe... very nice. I figured out something else to solve my problem with Martha but this will be handy for making my version of Dr. Herbert West from Re-Animator now.
