This may be a strange request, but for those who like obscure characters, it may be interesting.  I would like to see some skins from the old Rocky Jones, Space Ranger television show.  In particular, the characters Rocky Jones, Winky, and Vena Ray are the skins I would most like to see.  I am providing some links if anyone would like to take look at them.

I know that isn't much to work with, but some of you guys do a much better job at finding images than I do.

Rocky and the gang from both Space Cadet and Space Patrol are on my list. Unfortunately, it is a very long list, and it looks like real life is going to be consuming all my time for the near future...

At least, I am not the only one to have heard of Rocky Jones; so, thanks anyway.  Besides, when I get the time, I would like to play around with skinning.  Maybe, I could put them high on my list.

I, for one, will look forward to that.

There is a Yahoo group that has a lot of base skins, and I think Housequake was putting something along those lines at NPI. Check it out. We can always use another skinner. There is a free graphics program called GIMP that seems to do nicely, especially for the price.

I have Gimp on my computer already.  My biggest problem is that I have recently returned college, and I don't have a lot of time to pick up new hobby skills.  I am planning to get more programming and such, but computer science is not my major new skills regarding skinning will be slow in coming.  I suppose what I need is to have good and easy choice for new skinning as I work on the basic skills.

I didn't know Rocky Jones but it seems a interesting character. I also have a list of characters that does not stop growing.
On the other hand I use photoshop for the skins. Is Gimp more advisable?

I am not sure.  I am new to this.  My knowledge is limited to what I have been reading in the tutorials.  I probably won't actually try skinning anything until the holiday break.

GIMP is free, and will do a lot of what Photoshop will do. If you have Photoshop, Photo-Paint, or Paintshop Pro, you probably do not need GIMP.
