EZ Hero v3.3 Error?

Anyone else get this error? It only seems to happen to a handful of hero files.

Clothes make the man and colourful tights make the Super-Hero.

Yep Ive run into it (with that hulk hero file as well).
I don't know how to get around it.

I think for those I just built them myself, or took a similar hero file and made slight revisions. But i dont what it is with certain ones that cause the issue.
