It is from them.  Kind of a neat concept - designed as a communal app, each click adds to population until you hit 50 then other link options open like industry and so forth. 

Hmmm... Maybe we should make a thread of communal online stuffage.

Nope, only one link per day per IP address.

So you can either raise the population or add industry currently.

I clicked the Industrial link. Looks like minipatriot needs some roads and businesses.
