Original Character's Costumes

Hey folks,

I have been doing some more work into my Infinity's Edge verse, and after conversing with my writing partner's we have decided on unique approach to costuming in our universe.  Most of the super hero teams in our university are sponsored by either a non profit organization known as the Munn Foundation or given a government contract through the United Act of 2002, basically most of the teams and heroes will have similar designed costumed that are then tailored to fit the heroes motif.  I have four baseline designs that I need male and female basic skins for.  I need the skinner who accepts to be for warned that these skins will be modified in mainly colors and some design work for use on several characters that I would like to release in skopes.  Anyone who is will to help me out please let me know here or pm me.

Are these costumes designed the same on the back as they are on the front?  And.....as far as skin editing....what skinning program do you use?   Photoshop?, Paintshop Pro?
