Cyborg from Crisis 1.1

I am having some funky issues w/ Cyborg. When I try to use his first beam power, Energy Bolt, he just runs toward the target instead of firing @ it. And the FX for some of his other powers don't work & he doesn't do the animation it shows in the character editing screens in-game, though you can see the animation that you should have & the FX is showing correctly. I tried changing around the FX & animations & it doesn't help. I tried copying him & then using him in another mod, but have the same issues. Even tried opening my copied hero in EZHero & saving everything, but it did no good. Thank you, yentlemen.
