Need a mesh piece...

I've tried taking the cuffs from Harley Gren TM and eliminating one cuff so I can use them on the Golden Age Harlequin (and my Valentine's Day Deadpool... no, I'm not kidding [well, maybe a little]), but Blender won't let me export the mesh or do anything with it (Blender hates me). I can't tell you what I'm dong wrong, because, frankly, I don't know what I'm doing.

If someone would be so kind as to get this piece for me and send it to lonespaceranger@gmail.com, I would appreciate it. Preferably in FF1, will take FFv3R.

Email me the mesh and I'll take a look tonight.

Received. A few things before I go ahead though:

You asked what your doing wrong. Those cuffs are a weighted piece. To remove " one " you would need to select the piece in Blender, switch to Edit mode and select the vertices of the cuff you want out then delete them, as they are both one piece. Then export the nif and skope that piece into a clean version of the nif. Then fix any texture settings Blender messed up.

My question would be which cuff do you want to keep?

The other thing is since it's a weighted piece it means it's fitted to that mesh, or only ones that share it's keyframe type. I'm mentioning it because you said you want to put it on a Deadpool whom I presume will be on a different type of mesh which won't work. You have a few options here:

1.) You or I for you deletes one of the cuffs and you use it on that mesh or a similar one.
2.) I make a new piece from the object there and skope it onto the lower arm node of the mesh. That way you would be free to put it on whatever nif you like in the future.
3.) I have an identical piece on the MegaPack Harley on my DC page that can be skoped onto anything else without problems though knowing me it's probably converted to FFVTTR. As well on the one I did they are individual cuffs, on on the left and one on the right.

Tis up to you.

I need one that I can stick on any mesh. Deadpool is a semi-serious consideration (If I have the piece, he will probably show up in a pink Tutu for Valentine's Day-if not, okay). I was really wanting to do the Golden Age Harlequin, although how to do her Lute attack escapes me at the moment.

I'd like if for FF1, would love it for both, but will take what I can get.

I tried eliminating all the vertices in one of the cuffs, but then Blender wouldn't let me export it.

I'll look at your Harley.
