Costume Rating 22: Nightwing Young Justice

And lastly we turn our critical eyes to Grayson's Young Justice Nightwing costume. How did they do?

3.5 I gave Nightwing a four for the vote, but honestly... it's just kind of there. It's a good version of the nightwing costume, and I really like the bird logo... but the different black shades just don't really vary things enough visually. I understand why they didn't go that route (it's more "stealthy" to use all black), but it desperately needs some blue elsewhere in the design. It annoys me, especially since they already showed they have "stealth tech" that drains the color out when needed, so it's not like it needs to be completely black all the time.

Again, I had to go with a 4. It's clean and functional. Like 'Mato, I admit that it could use some more Blue to make the costume stand out a bit more, but otherwise, I like it.

Was debating between 3 and 4 and went with 3. It's ok, not a fan of just the bird symbol. If it went at least to his shoulders, would have solved lack of blue problem.

Oh and I don't like when Nightwing has a utility belt. Always liked the fact that he uses his escrima sticks and gauntlets to store gadgets. Really sets him apart from the rest of the Bat fam.

Decided on a 3.
It looks fine, very utilitarian, black ops-y. But it's kinda dull. Lacks colour, and the design elements are on the bland side for a super hero. Also it's surprisingly busy for YJ.
