FFX Problem

Hi. I have FFX 3.0 installed for  . When I try to play  without the mod, characters use 1 more energy slot and have a chance to get stunned even if they have enough energy to use a ability.
Is there a way to fix this?

For those who ask why I play  over FFX... Well I don't like how overpowered certain characters (ahem Eve) are.

The energy used by the powers in FFX and FFvT3R is the same. The number of bars displayed for the power use in FFX is reduced by one in order to allow overpowering, but with a chance of stun.
