I don't have any immediate plans to skin it, but I do think it's a very neat design. I'm looking forward to those issues.

Looks like they made his goblin glider crash land somewhere in Middle-Earth. His original costume was ruined...so he had to cobble together what he could find from Orcs, Goblins, and Elves. Then he found a firesword in the cracks of Mount Doom...where he would stand around with it suggestively.

Hobgoblin now looks like a goblin...that's crazy.

After a Peyote and Airplane Glue binge Dan Slott and Ramos were conversing over cheese burgers and fruit roll-ups:

Slott: Dude so what are we gonna do with Hogoblin, is that Harry Osborn? Like Spider-Man Three.

Ramos: Nah, bra.  Hobgoblin is Rodrique Kingsley, fashion designer and mechanical genius (apparently) who found one of Norman's lairs.

Slott: Wait, what about the Demon guy, Maclendale. Mark Hamill did an awesome job on the 90's Spider-Man Cartoon.

Ramos: No, Jason only became HG after Kingsley had "retired".

Slott: Oh, so back to the question, what are we going to do with HG?

Ramos: I don't know, Gargoyles was a great show, let's give him wings.

Slott: I don't know something seems missing.

Ramos: Cloud's Sword.... on fire?

Slott: Cloud's Sword on Fire, Awesome.
