Add the .txt file lines to the end your speech.txt file.  Place the sound files in the data\sounds\speech\english.  FFEdit Add new character and template for the new voices.  FFEdit to generate new language files.

I value the intention but ... I did not achieve it ...
If someone has a tutorial with screenshots it would be ideal.
