Title: Installing CTOOL1 for Steam 2nd attempt

Hey folks.

A while back, I bought FF1 and 2 from Steam. I have been ale to get the Character tool for FF2 to work fine. But I can't get the FF! Character tool to work. Can anyone help with this?

Howdy DC, I know that the tools for :ff: are a bit finicky these days.  I think folks had the best results by running them in compatibility mode for XP SP 1, maybe?  That and running them as admins might help.
