Where do you set how much a new power would cost? For example the
I've never actually tried to do this in any of the mods I've done and it's been so long since I played the original games .

Or is it just based on tier or something? (checking why I can't seem to earn enough to but minute man that projectile power in level 2)

Hey Alex, is this the FF Classic mod?  You should be able to see the cost just by mousing over the power.
