I'm not sure why I have two versions of Mysterio Gren for FFv3R. They may be the same, and I haven't taken time to check to be sure yet.
On converting: create a folder on your desktop entitled something like "Conversions" and copy any meshes you want to convert to it. Then navigate Nifconvert to that folder and try converting again. If successful, copy the converted character to your FFv3R custom Characters folder. Next time, copy to that folder again, and Nifconvert should still be looking in the first folder, so navigate to the new folder, convert, copy, repeat. This is what I have to do; it is somehow related to Windows 10 permissions, despite my being an administrator on my own computer.
Next time I'll try and remember to ask which game you are using.
