Off subject but has anyone noticed that the movie Aquaman is a stupid surfer dude? As if Aquaman needed help being lame...

Luckily my name is not Khan.....and Aquaman still is lame...just lamer now after the JLA movie made him a surfer dude...:P

Buncha guys saw Super Friends in their youth and don't realize that Aquaman can do more than talk to fish.

Exactly.  The problem with the treatment of the character up until the New 52 reboot.

DJ, that was more an expression of the rage that this corruption of the character generates in me.  You, I just ignore.  :P

I think in recent years public perception moved from Super Friends depiction to vaguely knowing Aquaman exists.Which really puts him on equal footing with every non-Batman character.
