What's the scale?  Assuming 5 is good, that's what I'm going with.

It's a good cover, very dramatic, nice image, and I like the mystery of the hooded villain.

I've always liked this cover but for whatever reason the art always makes me think he's splitting Spider-Man into two Spider-Men rather than tearing the costume.
Regardless I gave it a 5.
