In December 2013 will Peter parker returns! agent venom will QUIT And Kaine will QUIT But i think kaine going to mexico?

The Amazing Spider-Man 700.# issues are actually all set in the past, so don't get too excited about Peter's return just yet.
Expect something big to happen with Venom in Superior Spider-Man arc "Darkest Hour" which is running around that time. I think that (and low sales) are part of why Venom is ending.
Of course Marvel is starting up their second wave of Marvel Now titles in the coming months so could be some relaunches in store for Venom or Scarlet Spider.
