I FIND NO FOLDER WITH SOUND IN THE GAME
Well, there are several great places to get voices. VPMAX has a GREAT selection of characters, and there are a few other sound packs around if you look. There was an EZVoice Pack once, but I think it was only for FF1. You can find my own little work with voicepacks drawn from the DC animated series at the links in my signature.
As for how to install voice packs, VPMAX has its own directions, but individual ones can be installed according to the instructions here:
