Those are some of the main NPC heroes. From left to right: Redsnake, Justiciar, Witchcraft, Defender, Kinetik, Ironclad, and Black Mask.
Defender is the leader of the primary NPC super group, the Champions, which also includes Witchcraft, Kinetic, and Ironclad. Justiciar is the leader of the primary Canadian team, Star Force. Redsnake and Black Mask are two of the most important heroes in Vibora Bay.
And, yes, that's a great picture.
