and check out this site (http://ffportal.negative-10.com/) as it'll more than likely help you find a lot of the stuff available from the community.
You can learn how to put FX into the game by reading the readmes accompanying the fx or by perusing the FR wiki someone linked you to earlier. Also, there're quite a few threads around that give the step by step process.
oh man i went to fxforce found ezfx and downloaded it(900 fxs)and heres the best part it will install it for me.
