Has anyone created any GI Joe characters for FF vs the Third Reich?
Almost all the characters have been done.
Here's one place that has a lot of them - scroll way down to see them.

Thank you. So I found the packs GI Joe 82-87. The strange thing is some characters work while other's don't. Scarlet, The Baroness, Lady Jay, Serpentor, Dr Mindbender all crash my game.
They may need to be converted to work with FFvtTR. Some FF1 meshes work and others don't. There is a nif converter at Alex's site and Randomdays may have one on his as well. Not sure about that but I think he has answered conversion questions in the forum.
I don't. Alex is the place to go.
I don't run into the problem that often, but sometimes I just put it into Blender since I use it so much and then export it as FFvt3R.
Blender can also go the other way and convert from FFvt3R to FF if needed. I haven't tried it, but it could probably do the same for kf files as well.
I downloaded EZnif converter. It doesnt seem to create new files after using it. Ive tried using the old character files but they still crash the game.
I did some Gijoe and Cobra characters time ago.

With skopes (which pretty much all of these are), if you don't convert the original meshes BEFORE skoping pieces together, then EZNif won't always work.
