I Had a Mac the robot already, but it was an unskinned stl, so this is much better
Cindy and Mr Slate look good as well. I was surprised at Cindy - I got her confused with Pebble's friend Penny, where Cindy is a rival.
Working on importing the Jetsons at the moment.

I really liked how Mr. Peabody's body turned out, but it doesn't have pupils or a tail. I thought it would be a good idea to add two half-circles for the eyes and make the tail separately.

The tail sometimes becomes a nightmare; in the fox, it would have to be cut off or left in its minimum version as a root for an added tail.

I ran into several problems.
Henry's mustache is giving me trouble when animating in Synthetic. I think I'll forget the body I already got and tried to fix and start from scratch.
Budluck, I think I understand his nickname. It's so short that it's impossible for Synthetic to understand it. I thought of splitting his torso, head, and hat into a single central piece, and the arms and legs could be those of any skinny Flintstone.
I'd like to know your opinion, RD! I think it would be easier to animate this way than trying to move his overcoat, which drags on the floor, and have his feet stick out and go back in. It's extremely complex.
Boris broke on me about twice, but I suppose he'll turn out okay. I tried to restore the first one, but it didn't work.
Grumby, the eighth time, was better in my opinion; he escaped character detection much better.

Badluck - I'll probably have him just move about as is, with no arms or legs showing.
Henry - his head/ mustaches looked okay to me in the above pic, and I might be able to fix the body problem.
I have an arm and a leg for Badluck as extra parts, and Henry's mustache broke again.
He's currently my most hated character.

1) The duck from the Tom and Jerry cartoons is almost exactly the same as Yakkee, and I've already imported him. I would say skip him.

I was trying to do Quake! when I had problems with Synthetic while I was doing the Dragon Ball heads for Dean. It would be my third time going back to it; it's not that complicated, and it should come out now that everything is running smoothly.
I did some HB stuff in my lab, including some characters from DRAK PACK. I made two Frankenstein models this year: the Hanna-Barbera one and the one from Real Ghostbusters, which our friend Bearded animated brilliantly. I don't know if you saw them!

I tried to draw the wolf, but keeping the polygon count low reduces the quality and makes it less realistic. I made a body with a head and a head alone, to get something more decent.

In model 1, there's a flaw in the nose; it has a small black coin-like shape on it. Perhaps a curved circle that covers it could be fixed in skoping, or the model could be cropped.
The tail also came out green, and I looked for it in the texture but couldn't find it, so I took another screenshot.

I think I have some Universal monsters I made on video when I was practicing; at least a mummy and a swamp monster are definitely working on them. I'm going to capture them because I'm halfway through. I really liked the last Dracula I made; the body turned out perfectly when captured from the Goolies, but the face strayed too far from the design. If you want, you can use it for Scooby, and I'll try to do what I did with the werewolf, just work on his head separately. If you assemble the body, it might be compatible with all three Draculas: the Scooby one (which comes attached to the body), the Goolies one (which would have a separate, 100% original head captured from scratch), and I could even make the Hotel Transylvania Dracula, for which I already have a separate head downloaded from the Model Resources website.
I cut off the head because I interpreted it as a Minion from My Favorite Villain, but I loved the body.

Chopper looks good. Combining the head and body is usually easy, and sometimes even helps with the weight painting when rigging.

The Filmore bear turned out quite well, but if you don't increase the freedom of expression, it looks flat. And when you increase the freedom of expression in the capture, it gets a bit too "beautified" and makes mistakes. In this case, the best version ended up with a horrible double tail. And the eyes don't have pupils. The tail should be cut off and a new one added, covering the cut part, which will surely look bad. I only did it twice; otherwise, I could redo it if it's extremely complicated.

:banghead: I think the cereal pirate turned out worse than anything I've ever done in my story! Probably because the animation I made to capture the video model is really bad. I did it three times, and this was the best I could have come up with—it has more mistakes than successes.

He has a small nose, a different chin, he's missing an eyebrow, and he has six fingers on each hand!
And he's the best. He made the first one flat from scratch. I think I'll try again from scratch; maybe I'll manage to get something better.
If it gets too difficult, move on to something else.

Good news and bad news!
The bad news: :banghead: I made a mistake, either myself or on my PC, when deleting things. My gallery of 3D models, which contained all the ones I'd made since October, disappeared. I looked for the folder, but it's not on my PC, and I have plenty of disk space. I suppose maybe I accidentally deleted some defective models while deleting them. Luckily, I uploaded and shared the vast majority (98%) to MediaFire before this happened. I lost Rumi (K-pop), Miah (CB21), Dr. Derange (James Bond Jr.), Booster (Tiny Toon Adventures), Plucky (Tiny Toon Adventures), some futuristic weapon attachments, Flintstones weapons, and the Flintstones tiger. I don't know if there's anything else I've forgotten, but I'm sure I've lost it all.
The good news: :thumbup: I've been processing the remaining characters from the RD list, and I've already started the first phase on all of them. I still need to capture the models from the videos. And I defeated the tricky pirate and Inspector Fenwick, who were incredibly difficult. The pirate is literally on the list of most hated to capture, right up there with Henry! Those mustachioed fellows are such a pain! Why don't they learn from Mr. Peebles, who I managed to model on my first try in beautiful quality first thing this morning!

Some of them ended up looking flat because I shortened the sample times; it was a mistake to save time. The Gilligan's Island kids, while not difficult, are the ones who had to deal with several problems. The correct, albeit longer, way would be to obtain them as was done with Mary Ann. They're only in orange to indicate that they took me a while. Snagglepuss is causing problems with character association; it's confusing him with Pink Panther. They'll take a little extra time, just with more complete samples.

Generally failing in most captures :wacko: , delivering a terrible response option or just shapeless white blobs, the fact that it's plain white doesn't help at all. Even less so the parts where it has a sort of translucent effect. What I did was find a coloring page to paint it gray in Paint, generate a video of that result converting it to live action, slightly modify its boots to make them more like a shoe structure, take a screenshot from that video, and it's the best I could get of this ghost. I doubt whether it's helpful or not with what you have in the STL file. Frankly, to capture this ghost, I should have called the real Ghostbusters. Another point to consider is its hair; I think it has a sort of ponytail that in the model I obtained is incorporated but inside and under the coat at the back of the head. Anyway, that's how it turned out!

This great, beautiful character ended up with some problems, basically three:
1) Its eyes came out damaged and would have to be applied separately, like with the dog.
2) Its mouth has an incorrectly colored hole; placing a small red ball inside would fix it, but we'd lose depth.
3) The shark fin is deformed; cutting off all the excess and replacing it with one of the fins it has on its hand, like the one on its back, would solve the problem.
If all this seems too much, I'll start processing it again. The first attempt was worse; this is the second. Things didn't go as planned today!

I did the eye correction with the Skin, as best I could, it turned out better. Regarding the mouth, I placed the ball inside with a depth gradient, it turned out better. If you can keep that ball or put it back the same way, the only thing left is to fix the shark fin.

He did a great job with the Bearded the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle shark moving its mouth, so I started with a model with its mouth open. It would be easier, but less coherent, to use one with its mouth closed; it would avoid the empty space that open mouths create, although I don't know if a shark would render its mouth useless in combat. The rotating model saves me a lot of time for static capture using Bandicam. I'll use that one to see how it turns out.
If you're up for stylizing the body and attaching the fin, maybe that'll solve it. Frankly, I don't know how you're going to animate this shark, hahaha. It seemed incoherent and forced in the drawing; I don't even want to imagine trying to animate it for Freedom. Whatever you manage to do, whenever you do it, it's going to be amazing and far superior to what I could achieve. :thumbup: :thumbup:

I did a trick. I connected the lower mouth to the neck bone so it would move independently of the shoulders and head. That's why some of the animations were 'off'. If I wasn't a hack, I would make a mouth bone. I think those little dinosaur max's have a mouth bone.
Gren's Wolf has some moveable jaw bones to make the mouth open and close.

I'm having some problems with the textures; they're being generated as PNGs with transparency, which are corrupted, and it won't let me download the models as OBJs and convert them to DAE, which isn't practical for me. I'm stuck, but I think I'll be able to figure it out; I have these two started.

So just to throw it out there, before you kill yourself redoing textures that are "corrupted", try converting them to another format via an online converter. Doesn't always work, but *sometimes* a converter will read exported data better than image programs do.

Thanks, I'll definitely try it. They look fine in the preview, but they come out damaged in the export.
The Hooded Claw turned out better than I thought it would.
If the other one is Super Bwoing, its a bit off but might work as a base. The sleeves should be long, the bottom of the shirt looser, and the helmet should cover the ears. Maybe skoping a modified football helmet on the head?
I'm not sure if any existing character has a helmet like that.

I finally solved the texture issue. I had very little time today, and almost all of it was wasted.

Good job. Super Bwoing was a big favorite of mine as a kid, but barely remembered until they came out with a restored dvd of the entire "Super 6" show a few years back. IT seems I had forgotten almost everything about him and the show except for his catch phrase.
HOODED CLAW (2 MODELS)
This villain really messed things up. I'm still not happy with the head; I'll try to create a close-up animated portrait and capture it in transition, like I did with Clamhead. That way, you'll have a more accurate head option for a transplant.
I had to reduce the polygon count of the layered model, which resulted in a loss of model quality, and the layer itself can become difficult to work with when creating the model. Therefore, I decided to exclude it from the second version.
I uploaded both because, since they were the ones that caused the texture problem, recovering a low-poly version of those models was quite an achievement. However, I don't think they're really useful on their own.
Perhaps they could be useful for cutting out a part for another character.

The exact same thing happened, member of Thursday's problematic duo. You made timely corrections to the captured and published preview model, and I thought they were great. I used those directives with Synthetik's AI to edit the model, and I think it resulted in an improvement, although the helmet should have some kind of lower protrusion at the back of the neck, which it doesn't.
Perhaps the slim body from this first attempt can also be reused. I also have the same body in a model with the head cut off and the legs straight; if you're interested, I can upload them—I won't delete them yet.

The mouths on this model are barely perceptible up close, similar to HoodedClaw, the second model. This is because the final preview model only identifies the mouth as a short, straight line, giving it minimal visibility and volume. Otherwise, I thought the result was fantastic.

I encountered some minor difficulties with this adorable little dog. Its flimsy, intertwined legs ended up looking like whips, and the volume blended together as a single part. It didn't look good; I didn't think it was feasible to create something animatable, and it also exceeded the four-legged aspect. Since it also stands on two legs and interacts, I opted to focus on that to obtain a better model, and it turned out better.

I forgot to mention that the shark you sent me had its fins attached to the body, making it a single piece. That's why it didn't work. I dismissed it immediately; besides, the eyes were worse than the repaired one.
If you have a body, I can try to capture just the loose head and maybe get a more faithful result.
It might be helpful to capture just the head of this model you sent. I'll try with the individual heads so it doesn't turn into a Pink Panther; the body I got is a sort of hybrid.
EDIT: Sometimes, making characters run in videos, especially Hanna-Barbera-style cartoons, makes it easier for the AI ��to recognize their bodies later. I think if I can make this model run while rotating in a video with AI, the model will be captured perfectly and in full body. Dingaling & Hokey were the result of making them run
The Yogi Bear and Boo Boo bodies are good bases for other HB characters, as is the Felix the Cat one I used on three or four characters before.
Both Hokey Wolf and Dingaling came out great.
The model looks great with the link you sent from a video; I think it solved the problem for Snagglepuss

I think time has been saved with several of these models, but not with others. The ones I think worked and saved time are the ones with the green checkmarks; the karate bat's checkmark only counts for the karateka.
The vulture and the walrus, the checkmark only counts for the walrus.
I estimate that if I dedicate more time to them, all of these will end up working, except for the turtle, which, due to the curve of its face, always seems to cause confusion in the two models. I'm going to start with that character from a conventional 2D animated episode, taking the long way

There was a problem with Dudley's head, but I really liked it. I basically don't understand why it captured it floating. The main problem is that it looks beautiful in the preview, and I don't think it will turn out any better, but it's so close to being cut from the model and used to create two different parts with the same texture, which I don't know how to do. It probably happened because it came out flat several times. It was captured from the cartoon because the models you sent me weren't suitable; one had a printing mark issue, and the other didn't animate well.

Remember that when going down from the previous setting to a low polygon count, you lose a little quality.

After animating it, I managed to get it in a standard pose. The eyes have completely wrong skin, but that's understandable since they were already wrong in the video; I'd have to edit them by adding some blobs. Otherwise, the model is perfect.

In this case, the eye and the placement of the feather on the hat came out wrong. If an eye can be added, that would be ideal. Perhaps you could cut or invert the head pattern, which is fine; otherwise, you can try again from scratch. I find it more complex than Buzz's eye; Buzz's eye is easier to imitate or disguise.

⚠I'll probably sit down later today to work on some models. Besides the RD list, I have one or two requests I haven't finished yet. I want to reiterate that I don't create the final playable characters, only the captured models. A huge amount of meticulous, handcrafted work is needed to match the skeletons before they can be implemented in the game.
Very True, Cranlox, but without the model, there'd be nothing to work with either.
So many good cartoon models that you've pumped out for me to work with.
Models can be easy to very difficult to rig depending on the polycount of the model and the shape of the model itself. Legs or arms that are joined together must be separated, and many of these cartoon models that Cranlox is doing for me have body parts that are out of proportion, usually shorter than a normal human form.
We still have a few content creators around, but at present I'm the most active when it comes to rigging. Until a model is rigged it won't animate in game. I'm working at a good speed at the moment, working on rigging as well as my dioramas and other projects. Cranlox has pumped out a ton of good models, more than I could keep up with, so there's a chance that some models getting rigged will be far in the future , if at all.
I've got a few tutorials up and will help anyone if I can who wants to learn how to rig.

This guy is a pain too; Synthetic always wants to reveal the eyes and delivers them visible. This was the only attempt I respected where the eyes weren't visible, but the mouth is confusing and the eyes are clearly hidden. If you want, I can give you a headless body, which I thought turned out better, and a body with a head but with visible eyes. It's your choice; I have them in preview. If you want, I can finish rendering them and download the ones you think are necessary.

:doh: I regret to inform you that my membership with Synthetic (which belonged to a dubbing and audiovisual production studio in Argentina that closed after declaring bankruptcy in 2022, and until now I had active contracts and accounts that were expiring over time, and finally my Synthetik membership) has ended abruptly and without prior notice. I couldn't find a lot of information on Synthetic. Is there a way to reactivate your license and transfer it to your personal account?

I like all three of the evil versions, and of the good versions, Booberry and Chocula are excellent. Frankenberry seems a little on the nerdy side.
I started this back in August and hadn't finished it yet. I don't know the characters; I just saw the little figures you uploaded and explored! I'm glad you like them! I played with Eliana, Neryssa, and Zak today! Thanks again!

3 monster cereals in America
Boobery - Blueberry flavored

They've been around since the 1970's but are hard to find these days - usually during Halloween
I would have colored them differently if I had seen the video; I thought the figures were just a surprise, uncolored.
There were some small dinosaurs here that were available for a long time; I'd have to look for them. I probably have a tin full of them, about 12 or so. Several were duplicates; the hardest one to find was a T-Rex. They came in good and bad versions, like these little monsters.
I'd have to cut off the tail of the snake whose name I can't remember. I had to fix Cruella's mouth, which was damaged, but the texture is perfect now; it was the lip area. There's a little bit of the neck on the back right side that I didn't quite finish, but overall it looks good. I had to fix the texture of Mr. Tiddles' eyes and whiskers, but it turned out well. King Louie's back torso needs some work, but I understand you already had some of these, so maybe it's not necessary.

I'm really happy with what I was able to salvage in the last few hours, and I loved learning how to use model capture, even though it's currently out of my budget.
I checked everything I have and I've fulfilled almost all the requests. I even managed to make almost everything I'd like to see in FFvs3R someday, on my own initiative.
I hope that, in time, everyone can use everything and have a lot of fun with it.
I'll send you everything as I fix the textures and upload the material: RD and Dean, I have all your material. I'm a big fan of your work, and if anyone deserved to have everything I could possibly need, it was you.
Benton, I think I've paid for everything I could. I forgot to download the fly, which ended up in two assembled versions. I'll definitely come back for it when I can. The same thing happened with Ocula from Gorgonites.

I corrected all of Scooby's textures as much as I could, and I made sure to remove the Synthetic Software watermark from all of them. The biker mice don't have tails, and one is missing an antenna, but these are minor issues.

I've finished downloading, organizing, and cleaning up the textures of all the captured characters I was able to create with Synthetic, considering them effective.
I have a jumbled pile of stuff I downloaded from many failed attempts at learning to use the program; I'm sure I can salvage something (mostly just loose ends, any heads and men in black aliens). For the final touches, I've put together the last thing I made for myself: a series of four superheroines that weren't very successful, but they're very cute characters with ideal gameplay. Arkayna has a scepter that shoots energy and uses magic, Zarya fires lightning arrows, Emerald is a formidable melee warrior with her shield and sword, and Piper generates and throws energy rings with her hands (it's handled with special effects).
