I animated his mouth, a little.
From the cranlox laboratory. Hey cranlox, if you want to add in a readme, or different skins, or portraits, feel free to package these up and release them on your sites. For any of them.

Great work! I can only imagine when Benton sees it, haha.

ARMAGGON!!!!  :yipee  :yipee  :yipee  :jeyrox  :agentclap

Haha!  Wow, guys!  It's hard to express how excited I am by his creation, nor what the ability to tell stories with this fiendish fellow means to me.  Some of the first serious stories I read were the comics that made up the "Future Shark Trilogy," his high water mark in the old Archie TMNT Adventures book.  Those were the stories that (in their limited way) taught me that comics could be art, could be capable of meaningful stories.  Looking back, I now recognize their limitations and the fact that they are very much products of their time, but they meant a lot to me and still do.  This character is at the center of that, and he is part of why the wider world of the Turtles holds such a special place in my heart and my imagination.

Thanks guys.  This is, quite simply, a dream come true.  Literally:

I think, at this point, almost every single character from those old Dream Team posts of mine has been created, which is utterly astonishing!  95% of what I have planned for the Saturday Morning Adventures mod seemed frankly impossible just a few years ago.  How incredible!

As for Armaggon himself, he looks amazing, and I love the loping run in his keys (Mentor, right?).  The tail whip is a perfect addition, and the animated mouth for the bite animation is really great.  It looks like we've got a couple of distortions, though.  His jaw sags to the right in his melee_idle anim, which leaves him looking a bit odd, and his head flattens out during a few of his anims.  That last one isn't much of an issue.

In terms of his animations generally, I think these are some nice choices.  Do we know if there are any others compatible so I can expand if I need to do so?

I'm really excited about getting Armaggon into the game.  Thank you so much, guys!

:EDIT: Oh!  I see!  He's based on the daemon mesh.  Excellent choice!

Awesome!  Thanks, man!  I think, with those fixed, he'll be about perfect!

This should fix the back of the head and the melee idle. Let me know, and let me know if there are any other changes or additions you want.

Thanks, Bearded!  Looks like the head deformation is definitely fixed, but the melee_idle still seems to stretch the mouth in a similar fashion.  I also just discovered that the first spike on his left forarm seems to be stretched out oddly.

In terms of other tweaks and additions: I've done some experimentation with him and built a rough draft HF for Armaggon, and I think I was right about his keys giving me some good options.  I think the only other request I'd have is perhaps for his mouth to close more during his run.  I love the scary gaping maw you gave him, but I think if it had more variation in position as he's moving, it would look more intimidating.

You've managed to improve the animations a lot so that the mouth looks even better.

Besides I recommend that you use it with the new palettes because I corrected what you see inside the mouth with color. It's not much, but it's better.
