I've gotten a start on the animations. I'll do them first, then design the shapes. She's got some weird shapes. A biproduct is going to be a 4 armed man or woman, if anyone could see a use for that.

Can be used for Goro or 4-Arms from the X-Men? I forgot the name.

Very useful for Mortal Kombat and X-Men.

And also the 3 armed guy from Cyber Force. (Hide 1 Arm)

For some reason after exporting, the top torso jumped up, and the animations went haywire.

That's cranlox's head! Maligna has weird parts. If any more parts are made, I'll physique them on.

I can do all the parts for you, but the problem is that they might be too heavy. I don't know if you know how to reduce the number of bearded polygons. I'll start doing the arms tomorrow, and you can tell me if they look good to you.

Does the arm placement look right? And is the back of the head supposed to be a collar?
Should the torso be stiff or flexible?

Wow!  That's looking amazing, Bearded!  I can't believe we're actually going to see her in the game.  Every time I say to myself, "Well, just give up on that one," this community continues to surprise and delight me!

The arms look great, and yes, the piece around the head is meant to be a collar.  You can see it more clearly here:

The torso is presumably meant to be exoskeleton, but I think either way is fine, whatever is easiest.

I've made some progress. Just need to iron out the spots. I've got all 4 arms and 4 legs animated seperately.
