Here's the RPG stats for all Wildcats.

Then you can convert the values to Freedom Force stats by using the converter i made (based off TaskmasterX's conversion guide)

Then you can convert the magnitude of powers and equipment by using the next guide:
Typical - Poor = Very Low
Good = Low
Remarkable = Medium
Incredible = High
Amazing = High
Monstruous = Very High
Unearthly = Extreme
That should be the starting point for your own hero files.
The only one I found was a Spartan from 2004 in one of the zip collections that were put out
