It's a c6 skin but not sure on the skope. Maybe it's from sick Alice's work as I'm sure he's got a riddler cane.

Looks like maybe Tommyboy's mesh? I'll look at my collection and see if I can match it.

edit: definitely Tommy's cane. Could be a hex or skope of riddler_tv_lite or riddler_no_suit_tvlight with C6's skin. I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like it.

Yes i think it is a Tommyboy mesh with a Courtnall skin.
