Would someone bw willing dodesigin some femal basic/muscular giant or size changing key frames, I've look ed the elastigirl meshes and they do not change size
So that's a bit of a thing. See, we don't have any animators, really, and anytime you're dealing with female meshes there's a whole host of issues between one to another that, while similar to MBasic/MHeavy/MHulking, isn't as intuitive as those differences.
At this point, and I'm not willing to do it myself mind you (I also don't have the keenest eye for animations anyway), the best way would be to possibly mix keyframes from tommyboy's 20 foot Female keys alongside his normal keys, possibly swapping in, say, melee attacks from big keys and such. You could also tweak the animation slightly so the change wasn't as sudden, but that's very tedious work.

I think theres a way to do it with nifskope, but the transfer tool should work.
Maybe you'd have better luck, I can't get the transfer to work unless it just doesn't display the transferred animations in the character tool?
Best way is to have the same mesh copy one make big in nifskope and one regular size then in character creator add the attribute to change size for normal size one and make another character with the big one then give him temporary form in attributes and go to ffx center and pull up the normal size one and chose the big one so he can transform into big version it's the easiest way

Enlarging the mesh is easiest done by editing (RMB->Transform->Edit) the scale of the node called 'handle'. You should probably start from that.
nifskope (which is what I'm using) will not load the nifs
