I don't remember where I got it from (The defunct wiki maybe?), but can send you the files via mail or mediafire. Haven't used it myself really, usually I just do with NifSkope, but it says it is for  :ffvstr:.

Here it is:

M25 Keyframe Transfer Tool (https://mega.nz/file/kAsF2QSI#_HWUGCUS6HzZKYn_VtNUZNS7MV2g5ahD4KgFux6CBxc)

Remember that for the transfer to work, both meshes must have the same name and amount of basic ninodes, like bip01, bip_head. bip_left_thigh, etc. Some of them have cape nodes, like cape_top or cape_bottom. Others have different weapon nodes, like bat or gun.  This task can be done just by copying ninodes from one mesh onto another, using Nifskope. Only the node is needed, you can leave behind the 3d object. Take this into consideration.

Cheers !!!!
