That seems like the kind of thing Daglob would have made, but I don't remember seeing it.  I imagine it would be a fairly simple skope, though, if you did the tendrils as FX instead of mesh parts.

There is one yes made by Beardedinlair and a skin by Blobula. I m pretty sure it doesnt have tenacles though.
