Blackout skin for male_alpha is here (http://ffmuseum.freedomforceforever.com/ff_museum/CA_M_skins.html).
Black Talon is on Alex's Freedom Fortress.
I'm also sure I've seen GI Joe skins somewhere with different Destro masks, but don't see it on my HD anywhere.
I didn't see Aqueduct anywhere but a skin is used in Mr Aratak's .hero files, so maybe it exists somewhere.
