but is there a transforming gorilla or T-Rex skope somewhere out there resembling the animal versions of megatron and optimus primal, or a dinobot, or even inferno the fireant guy?
No, there is nothing like it. Literally Dtnme made a primitive optimus, primitive Megatron and primitive Grimlock that are defined in robot vehicle and dinosaur.
