Mine were both the good old, no longer made Ben Cooper boxed costumes. The Red Skull the last time I trick or treated, but my favorite was Batman.
Did you see the link I posted to The Plaid Stallions site? They have scans of old Halloween costume catalogs.
I don't remember what I wore the last time I went trick-or-treating, but my favorite was a "spaceman" with a robot face. I was about 8.
