When I run the FFX 3.0 Control Center, No mods show up in the data folder. Therefore, I cannot save characters or use attributes. It has not always been the case. Can anyone please help me figure out what is the problem? Thank you.
something is wrong with the folder structure of the game, check that the shortcut of control center is directing to the right file or i suggest a reinstall that automatically will put things together
A re-install was done, to no avail.
I've found that what I have to do to fix it is
1) Uninstall FFX3. Delete the ffx3 folder after uninstalling it.
2) Run :ffvstr:. Just the normal game. Once in the main menu, you can exit the game.
3) Reinstall FFX3. Don't just copy your desired path into the box; navigate to it.
4) Launch the Control Center and it should be pointing to the right path.
This is with the GoG version, so I'm not sure if it will work with what you have. I don't recall having to ever do this with the disc version, but Steam and GoG for sure.
