You know, it's not Wong specifically, but Val's Kung-Fu fighter would be pretty perfect, and he's got a Chinese style wardrobe that is pretty close to Wong, I think.
There is a Wong imported from another game by DeTourneme, but I don't know of another. I always thought about using Val's Martial Artist for a version...
