Freedom Reborn

I downloaded the mod MARVEL ADVENTURES for  :ffvstr: by Benton Grey, but my Freedom Force is not the STEAM VERSION.
So, I can not play the game.

But I have seen some pictures and I would like to copy a fx from the mod, but I can not find it.

Can somebody tell me the name of this fx using by Mysterio in the picture?

I have the steam version and Marvel Adventures works fine for me.

Are you just having trouble launching the mod?

A very easy way to play the mod is by doing the following:

1) Go to your steam folder and make a shortcut to your ffvt3r.exe

2) Right-click on the shortcut and go to properties

3) Make your Target line look something like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich\ffvt3r.exe" -game MA -log

and make your Start In line look something like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich\MA\..\"

4) Click OK.

Then try launching the mod through the shortcut. That should make it work for you.

But I do not have the steam version, Spyderman93.
There is a txt file inside the mod wrich tells that the mod only works in the steam version.

But that's ok. There is no problem. All I wanted was the fx from Mysterio and the great map I saw.

Whoops! I misread that part.

Either way, it will work without Steam. I have the non-steam version on my desktop (steam on my laptop), and doing what I suggested above will still work.

Just use your directory for FFvtTR instead of the steam paths.

For example, say your path is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Irrational Games\Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich"

Then your shortcut properties should look like this:

Target:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Irrational Games\Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich\ffvt3r.exe" -game MA -log

Start In:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Irrational Games\Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich\MA\..\"

That should work with getting Marvel Adventures to run on your PC.

As for the FX, that may be one of the Shocker FX I did for Benton.
