I'm not at my PC right now, so I don't have access to all my Files or Links, but if you use the Way Back Machine, and throw NPI's Web Address in there, head to Zuludelta's Section, and you should be able to find both, Mesh and Skin.
And if not, let us know and CB or I one will send it to you. Where should we send it if needed? Just PM one of us an address will do.
