Some interesting development.
I've never really followed Judge Dredd, but I will say I enjoyed the Karl Urban film, and have heard it was more in line with the original comics than the Stallone version, unsurprisingly.
I know that they wanted to make more after Dredd but just couldn't make it happen, but actually a new Dredd tv series could work. This is an era where Daredevil got a second chance and went from a punchline about Ben Affleck to one of the most well received comic adaptations in recent years. I could easily see them doing something similar with Dredd given the chance.
Those interested should listen to the podcast,if they have time.

There is also a "Where to start guide".Thou personally,Case Files #1 is not the best place to start.

I would also add The Pit and Tour of Duty as good starting points.Anyway, its not that hard to get into.
They'll probably end up having to tone down the violence which will take away a tiny bit of the Judge Dredd feel. Still, be interesting to see what they do.
