I just intalled FFX 3.3.
But it seems that with FFX 3.3 all the characters have limited energy and can use their powers with no limits.

Is there any way to fix that?

Are you talking about how when you right-click, all of your powers seem to use one less bar of energy than usual? If so, all you have to do is open the FFX Control Centre and uncheck "Overspend Energy w\Stun Risk"
